here’s a thought…

the #99 b-line (ubc – broadway/commercial station) is the busiest bus line in the region.

but here’s a problem: it shuts down at about 12:30 am, meaning that those leaving campus late at night are in a difficult situation.

during peak hours, the #9 (broadway local) service is extended to ubc along 10th avenue.

seeing as how late night express services are not really that much faster than local services, why don’t we stop running the b-line at midnight or so, and have it replaced by #9 service until the bars on campus close?

it would be way more efficient, and provide a way off of campus to those who are stuck there late at night.
